TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between the Takeami store (hereinafter "the Seller") and any non-professional individual (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the site. Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's prior and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 1 – Seller Identification

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are household cleaning and care items, including anti-limescale microfiber cloths, high-density cleaning cloths, and similar items.
The essential characteristics of each product (description, composition, dimensions where applicable) are presented on the corresponding product pages. Photographs and visuals illustrating the products have no contractual value and shall not engage the Seller's liability in the event of a slight difference in appearance.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may be refunded.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.
In accordance with the VAT exemption scheme, the notice "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code" applies: prices do not include VAT.
Prices shown do not include delivery costs, which are charged separately and shown to the Customer before final confirmation of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Order
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their cart, and then confirms their order after checking its contents. Confirming the order implies acceptance of these T&Cs, the price, and the product descriptions.
The sale is considered final once the order has been confirmed by email and full payment has been received.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment of a previous order, or in the event of an order that is clearly abnormal or fraudulent.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
Purchases may be paid for by:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- PayPal.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secured by the payment providers. Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price has been received (see Article 6).
Article 6 – Retention of Title
Ordered products remain the property of the Seller until the Customer has paid the price in full. Ownership is transferred only once the amounts due have been fully received. The transfer of risk (loss or damage) occurs upon physical delivery of the product to the Customer.
Article 7 – Delivery
Shipping methods, delivery areas, timeframes, and applicable fees are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site, which forms an integral part of these T&Cs.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
The procedures for exercising this right, as well as the conditions for returns and refunds, are detailed in the Return Policy available on the site.
Article 9 – Legal Warranties
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Seller remains bound by the following legal warranties:
Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the Customer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to take action. The Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the non-conforming goods, subject to the conditions set out by law. The Customer is exempt from having to prove the existence of the lack of conformity during the twenty-four months following delivery of the goods.
Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): the Customer may choose to invoke the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold. In this case, the Customer may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code. Any action arising from hidden defects must be brought within two years of discovery of the defect.

Article 10 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of a stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract.
The products sold are comfort and support items; they are not medical devices and are not intended to replace medical advice. Customers are advised to consult a healthcare professional if in doubt about the suitability of a product for their personal situation.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
Article 12 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact the Seller to seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement, and after possible recourse to mediation, any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
